Vietravel Hanoi organizes charity tour

Vietravel Hanoi in conjunction with Voice of Vietnam (VOV1) will hold Ao am cho em (sweaters for children) charity tour in the Northern mountainous province of Ha Giang.

According to organizers, volunteers/tourists will hand over gifts, notebooks and free heath-care checks for children and struggling residents at the border gate commune of Thang Mo in Yen Minh District, one of the poorest communes in the province.

The organizers and tourists will donate money to build a bridge in the locality to bring a more convenient means of transport for children to go to school.

The three-day-two-night tour will depart from Hanoi to Yen Minh, Dong Van, Meo Vac priced at VND2.58 million per person. Volunteers/tourists will visit some sightseeing spots, including Dong Van Stone Plateau, Lung Cu Flag Tower, Vuong Family Palace, Ma Pi Leng Pass, Nho Que River and especially taking photos of tam giac mach, a typical wild flower in the northwestern region.

The organizers also call on participants and benefactors to donate stationery, clothes and food for Ha Giang's children. For further information, contact
