VietJet Air launches new Hanoi-Da Lat route

VietJet Air, the country's fastest growing low-cost carrier, on December 10 announced a new route from Hanoi to Da Lat in the Central Highland Province of Lam Dong.

Attending a ceremony to launch the debut flight at Lien Khuong Airport in Da Lat was Deputy Prime Minister Hoang Trung Hai, along with Ministry of Transport officials, representatives from the People's Committee of Lam Dong Province and from VietJet Air.

 

VietJet Air also marked the occasion by providing 300 health insurance cards to disadvantaged residents of Lam Dong Province.

 

The Hanoi-Da Lat route will operate one round-trip a day on an Airbus A320 aircraft with 180 leather-covered seats. The one hour and 40 minute flight will depart from Hanoi at 9.35am and return at 11.50pm.

 

Known as the flower capital of Vietnam, Da Lat is considered to be one of Vietnam's most enchanting travel destinations with a year-round temperate climate, pine-tree covered hills, lakes, waterfalls and stunning French colonial period villas.
