World’s Greatest Places (TIME) calls Phu Quoc, Viet Nam

(TITC) TIME magazine has just announcedthe list of 100 extraordinary destinations to explore (World’s Greatest Places of 2021) based on nominations of international network of correspondents and contributors. Phu Quoc is one of 3 Vietnam’s places in the list, beside Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.

"Known as the “jewel of Vietnam,” this teardrop-shaped resort and fishing island has become one of the fastest-growing destinations in Southeast Asia: in 2019, Phu Quoc attracted 5 million visitors, a 30% increase from the year before", TIME wrote. The island city is truly paradise with special natural beauty, fresh tropical climate and irresistible local cuisine and culture.

Besides well-known attractions such as Duong Dong town, Ham Ninh fishing village, Phu Quoc prison relic, pepper garden, fish sauce house..., Phu Quoc has put on a new attractive appearance with luxury resorts of leading brands.

Regarding to logging options, TIME introduced 375-villa New World Phu Quoc Resort, which boasts a stretch of beach and lush landscaped gardens, and the Regent Phu Quoc, a new ultra-luxury hotel with five swimming pools and floor-to-ceiling beach-facing windows.

Especially, Phu Quoc United Center is “all-in-one” destination. Phu Quoc United Center owns a system of brands hotels, VinWonders Phu Quoc theme parks, Vinpearl Safari; Vinpearl Golf course; Corona Casino, Grand World –the sleepless city of shopping and entertainment, opening 24/7.
