The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has issued a document on the participation in folk culture festivals in France, Italy, Romania, Greece and Serbia.

Accordingly, the Ministry permitted the Viet Nam Culture Centre in France to coordinate with the Theatre of Viet Nam Music Dance and Song to popularize Vietnamese folk culture at the festival from July 5th to August 16th.
Four main activities will include performances at the opening ceremony at the outdoor stage, music gala at a downtown theatre, performances at streets, schools and villages, and the closing night concert at park or city centre square.
The event will draw the participation of 21 artists from the Theatre of Viet Nam Music Dance and Song, and staff from the Viet Nam Culture Centre in France.
The Viet Nam Culture Centre in France will be responsible for the contents of the program and to obey the regulations of the host country
