A complimentary flute of Chandon Sparkling Rosé and hand rolled chocolate truffles will complement this dinner to remember.

Cafe de l’Opera will serve a Valentine’s high tea from noon to 5 p.m. on Valentine’s Day.

Guests will enjoy a pot of their favorite tea  with small bites of tuna sashimi, smoked salmon roulade, tempura oysters, slow cooked lamb shoulder meat pie and an array of sweet treats in Caravelle Saigon’s lounge.

Nineteen Buffet Restaurant on the ground floor is lighting the candles and laying the tables for an evening of romance this Valentine’s Day. Couples will savor a wide selection of fresh seafood cooked to order, exotic Asian delicacies and timeless Continental dishes from the buffet tables, while the hotel’s award-winning chefs prepare prime cuts of imported meat at live action stations.
