Over VND4,500 billion to conserve Hung Kings Temple complex

The Phu Tho authorities has announced a project plan for preserving and promoting the value of the Hung Kings Temple Complex to 2025, the special national historical site.

Accordingly, the Hung Kings Temple Complex will cover an area of 845 ha in Nghia Linh mountainous area in Phong Chau district, approximately 100km northwest of Ha Noi. The relic site is a large complex of ancient tombs, monuments and temples.

As scheduled, Phu Tho authorities will spend about VND4,500 billion on the Hung Kings Temple Complex, of which VND2,500 billion is from the central budget and VND2,000 billion is from provincial and socialized budgets.

In the 2016 - 2020 period, the province will spend VND1,781 billion to complete ongoing infrastructure facilities, transport works and environmental protection projects.

While between 2021-2025, more than VND2,723 billion will be invested in constructing a Hung Kings Temple tower and surrounding architectural works, planting more trees in the Hung Kings Temple National Park, developing tourism sites and festival areas.

From 2010 to now, funding allocated to the Hung Kings Temple Complex is about VND700 billion, of which VND100 billion is taxes of the people./.
